Ways to delete your bid72 account
- Send an email to support@bid72.com. Use the email address on which the account was registered, so we know it’s you. You can check the email address used by your account in the Settings – Profile section in the app. Mention your name and bid72 alias and request to have your account and all personal data deleted.
- In-app. Go the Settings – Profile section in the app and scroll to the bottom of the screen to find the Privacy Protection area. You will see a red button Delete Profile which you can use to get your account and all personal data deleted.
Ways to delete selected information from your bid72 account
If you want to delete a part of the information that bid72 has stored for your account, for instance the chat history or bidding results, then:
- Send an email to support@bid72.com. Use the email address on which the account was registered, so we know it’s you. You can check the email address used by your account in the Settings – Profile section in the app. Mention your name and bid72 alias and specify which information you like to have removed from your account.
